Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day.
Shipping is available only to the contiguous 48 states through the website for all other shipping needs please inquire at 1-888-UPACKIT (1-888-872-2587) or email us at Sales@movingbox.com.
Shipping is not available to Post Office boxes. A physical street address must be provided.
After order is placed a confirmation email will be sent. For any questions email us at sales@movingbox.com
An order can only be canceled prior to shipment, the customer will incur a cancellation fee of $7.50 for processing fees.

Return Policy
Delays by the carrier do not hold as reasons for cancellation, refusal, or return of the order.
Prior approval and an authorized Return authorization number (RMA) are required for all returns. Call 1-888-UPACKIT (1-888-872-2587) to obtain a RMA number from customer support.
A restocking fee of $20 per a PAK-KIT will be subtracted from the refund on all returns.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Movingbox.com and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.
All boxes and supplies must be returned in the original packaging with the RMA number marked on the shipping label. If RMA number is not marked on the shipping label, Movingbox.com retains the right to refuse delivery or charge you an additional restocking fee.
All PAK-KIT kits must be returned complete and intact for any refund to occur.

The only obligation of Movingbox.com shall be to replace such a quantity of the product proved to be defective. Movingbox.com shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the inability of the product for his or her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
